§ 11.01. WARDS.

The town is hereby redistricted into the following wards:

(A) First Ward. Commencing at the southwest corner of the northwest fractional one-fourth of Section 19, Township 38 North, Range 15 East, Clear Lake Civil Township, Steuben County, Indiana, and being the true point of beginning; thence east on the one-fourth section line to its intersection with the shore line of Clear Lake; thence following the meanderings of the shore line to the intersection of the east and west one-fourth section line running through Section 19 with the shoreline of McLouth’s Plat, the same being a duly recorded plat in Plat Book 2, Page 32, County Records; thence east on the one-fourth section line to the southwest corner of the northwest one-fourth of Section 20, Township 38 North, Range 15 East; thence continuing east on the one-fourth section line to its intersection with the north and south one-fourth section line running through Section 20; thence north on the section line to the north one-fourth corner of Section 20; also being the south one-fourth corner of Section 17, Township 38 North, Range 15 East; thence north on the north and south one-fourth section line running through Section 17 to its intersection with the corporation line of the town; thence following the corporation line in a counterclockwise direction to its intersection with the west line of Section 19; thence south on the section line to the true point of beginning.

(B) Second Ward. Commencing at the intersection of the shore line of Clear Lake with the west line of the First Addition to Homeside Beach, the same being recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 101, County Records, and being in Section 29, Township 38 North, Range 18 East, Clear Lake Civil Township, Steuben County, Indiana, and being the true point of beginning; thence running south on the west line and extended to the corporation line of the town; thence following the corporation line in a counter clockwise direction to the north and south one-fourth section line running through Section 20, Township 38 North, Range 18 East, thence south on the one-fourth section line to the east and west one- fourth section line running through Section 20; thence west on the one-fourth section line to the water’s edge of Clear Lake; thence following the meanderings of the shore line in a clockwise direction back to the true point of beginning.

(C) Third Ward. Commencing at the intersection of the shore line of Clear Lake with the west line of the First Addition to Homeside Beach, the same being recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 101, Steuben County, Indiana, and being in Section 29, Township 38 North, Range 15 East, Clear Lake Civil Township, Steuben County, Indiana, and being the true point of beginning; thence running south on the west line and west line extended to the corporation line of the town; thence following the corporation line in a clockwise direction to the west line of Section 19, Township 38 North, Range 15 East; thence north on the section line to the northwest corner of the southwest fractional one-fourth of Section 19; thence east on the one-fourth section line to the shore line of Clear Lake; thence following the meanderings of the shore line in a counterclockwise direction back to the true point of beginning.
