§ 31.04. STREET AND UTILITY SUPERINTENDENT.

  • (A) The Town Council hereby establishes the position of Street and Utility Superintendent.
    (B) The Town Council is the only policy-making body of the town. To help them in this process, they receive recommendations from the various boards and commissions as well as the Street and Utility Superintendent. The Street and Utility Superintendent is the individual who directs day-to-day operations of the town's Street and Utility Departments as well as the buildings and grounds by carrying out the policy directives of the Town Council.
    (C) The Street and Utility Superintendent shall perform such duties as specified or as may be required by the Town Council.
    (D) The Street and Utility Superintendent is a full-time non-exempt at-will employee who may be terminated at any time.
