§ 33.03. SPECIAL VEHICLE INSPECTION FUND.

(A) There is hereby created a Special Vehicle Inspection Fund.
(B) A fee of $5 is hereby established and shall be charged by the Town Marshal for each vehicle inspection performed under I.C. 9-1-2-1. The revenue from the inspection fee shall be deposited in the Special Vehicle Inspection Fund. The money collected from the inspection may be appropriated by the Town Council only for law enforcement purposes.
