§ 72.01. REGULATIONS FOR PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, PUBLIC PROPERTY AND STREETS.

  • It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of a motor vehicle to permit any motor vehicle to stand upon any public or private property if the motor vehicle does not have a current and unexpired license plate, and/or if the vehicle is not in running condition. Any vehicle not conforming to the above requirements must be stored from public view. It shall further be unlawful for the owner of any private property to permit any unlicensed or inoperable vehicle to stand upon the property unless the vehicle is properly stored from public view.
